Day 1: Arrival
After arriving safely in Oaxaca you will transfer to your charming Mexican Hotel “Parador San Miguel” which is situated in the heart of Oaxaca in the South of Mexico. A perfect location to begin your tour, as Oaxaca is rich in traditional culture, heritage, and architecture. After marvelling at the surrounding mountains, you can enjoy a host of activities such as shopping, strolling and browsing the many shops and vendors which add to the captivating atmosphere of this area. As well as getting your first chance to try Mexican dishes there will also be International menus to choose from. Soak up the wonderful ambiance of art, food,culture, and joy of Oaxaca Mexico today, settle in and prepare for your Mexican adventure - tomorrow we go travelling! -
Day 2: Teotitlan del Valle, Mitla, Matatlan and Mezcal
Teotitlan del Valle 9 AM - 12.30 PM The one aspect of Oaxaca which will never cease to amaze you on your tour is the wonderful and delightful traditional crafts on offer in the markets and in the very structures and architecture around you. Teotitlan del Valle is renowned especially for its decorative and intricate rugs. As well as bursting with modern Mexican culture this little area at the foot of the mountains offers further exploration of the Zapotec era. -

Day 5: Culture, crafts and ancient treasures of Oaxaca
Today on our 5th day you can enjoy an unparalleled insider’s peek into the village traditions and art steeped in the ancient hills which surround the city of Oaxaca. Each village specialises in a specific craft - Etla, Arts center in San Agustin, Handmade Paper factory, glass factory Xaquixe, artists of Tin ware and, Filigrana. Offering you the opportunity to view the broadest possible scope of the remarkable work produced by Oaxaca’s artisans. 9 AM-4 PM -
