Trout stuffed with vegetables & Pro Anima Chardonnay-Sauvignon

Trout stuffed with vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Trout 500 gr, fillet
  • Vegetables; onion, garlic, pepper, zucchini
  • Lemon
  • Spices (salt, pepper, sugar)
  • Fresh mint
  • Peeled Tomato
  • White wine
  • Parsley leaf

Preparation:

Stew the vegetables and bind with the peeled tomato  and white wine. Let the mixture combine.

In the meantime, cut the fresh trout into fillets. Season the fillets and saute in the hot oil.

As 80% of the trout is complete, put the row of the fillets in the casserole and then, the row of vegetables over them. Put it into the heated oven at the temperature 220 ° C and roast for about 10 minutes and so.
